Abby's Story
“I am a modest generalist with particular interest and passion in understanding patterns and engaging in real courageous dialogues.” Patterns are fibres of life that form every human’s behaviour. They are recurrent way of acting by an individual or group towards object or in any given situation. Patterns of life are determinant to what is perceived to be normalcy forming perspective(s) of an individual’s or a group that inform their reality which calibrates the lense they see the world through.
Understanding such patterns and engaging in real courageous dialogues have been vital in the work Belatchew has done and continues to do. Belatchew is a dedicated advocate of human rights and social justice with a view that most issues that have been labelled can be resolved with a will to understand and adjust deeply rooted patterns of life and real courageous dialogues and positive discourse.
